Among those I (Scott) know, the word evangelical raises a lot of different opinions and feelings. So, we brought together voices from both within and beyond the evangelical world to discuss the issues at the heart of those conversations, folks like Kristin Kobes Du Mez, Walter Kim, David Brooks and Russell Moore. Addressing topics like these with guests is part of what we do. We’re looking at faith and AI this year.
Our goal isn’t to prescribe what you have to believe, but to host conversations that encourage us to think critically and faithfully at the same time, about what we believe, and why. Our conversations explore our idea of God, reading the Bible with open eyes, and an array of topics on faith, theology and culture.
Who’s who?
Theology Lab is organized by me, Scott Rice. I have a ThD in Theology from Harvard Divinity School and written a book and some journal articles. I also write on occasion for publications like Covenant Companion.
Beyond Simple Answers is co-hosted by Greg Fung and Kristin H. Lee. Greg has a background in ministry and works in technology. Kristin is a primary care physician, the author of We Mend With Gold, and the creator of the popular Bookstagram account @ktlee.writes
